Welcome to True Fitness Boot Camp. We are located in heart of Sacramento California. Our Natomas and Roseville locations provides all that you will need to get in great shape. Our mission is to provide the tools necessary for individuals to reach their fitness goals, achieve weight loss, and live healthier lives. The purpose of True Fitness Boot Camp is to involve and teach its members to work at their own pace while they team up and work towards common goals.
Our vision is to provide a fun and unique fitness boot camp that helps individuals achieve long term success while providing them with great support and dedication. True Fitness Boot Camp will enable you to lose those unwanted pounds, build lean muscle, and improve your overall health and appearance. You will be completely revitalized by our program!
True Fitness Boot Camp is not your typical Boot Camp. We will unleash the athlete in you! Participants will work the entire body while improving strength, balance, stability, core, agility, and their cardiovascular system all in one work out. Our unique approach to exercise includes safe and structured programs that can be completed in one hour for a fraction of the cost when compared to most gym memberships.
Come join our fabulous, fun, outdoor boot camp where our unlimited exercises are performed outdoors in unlimited space. Come visit our new Roseville location at 2601 Eureka Rd, Roseville, CA 95661, Ray E. Lockridge Park. Our Roseville location is currently 2 days/week, Tuesday/Thursday at 5:30 AM.
Introducing our new outdoor cycling class that begins August 6th, 2015!! Come out and join us as we cycle throughout Sacramento's best bike trails. Early sign ups have begun! Spaces are limited for this class so hurry!! This is a great way to burn calories and improve your cardiovascular system!
